This workshop is aimed at trainers who supervise trainees at all levels.
The session will explore the issue of underperformance amongst trainees and how they might be effectively supported.
The topics covered will include:
- How to define, categorise and manage trainees needing extra support.
- Provision of attendees with a framework to help them support trainees with underperformance issues as well as practical guidance on how to tackle areas of concern and whom to best involve in the process.
